KATAHDIN LODGE

KATAHDIN LODGE is situated on in the expansive Aroostook County North Maine Woods - well known for its many year-round outdoor activities and awesome scenery. In March, check out the nearby maple syrup production tours. During the Spring and Summer enjoy mountain-climbing, fishing and golfing. Hike back from KATAHDIN LODGE down to Hale Pond, a secluded Maine lake stocked with brook trout. Hop on your ATV, ride our area trails all day and come back to a delicious home-cooked dinner. We are a 28 mile drive to the north gate of Maine's BAXTER STATE PARK, and only one mile from the International Appalachian Trail. Our spectacular Fall Foliage Season begins around Sept. 25 and usually peaks Oct.7-10. See it up close on your ATV or ask us about your personalized flight around MT. KATAHDIN and experience nature's "quilt" from the air.
